David Yeger, an associate in the Litigation department, has been with the firm since 2004. His practice concentrates primarily on general civil litigation, contract and partnership disputes, securities litigation, and other commercial litigation.
Mr. Yeger graduated from Fordham University School of Law (2004), where he served as an associate editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal. While in law school he represented indigents in the New York City criminal courts as a staff member of the Fordham Criminal Defense Clinic, and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Award, recognizing a dedication to public service. He is a graduate of Touro College (B.A., magna cum laude, 2001).
Mr. Yeger is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars, the District of New Jersey and the Southern, Eastern and Northern District Courts of New York.
