Amanda Adams is an Associate with the firm practicing general Civil Litigation with a focus on Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation. Amanda joined the firm in July 2011 and works closely with Stephen J. Wein, Vice President and Treasurer of the firm, Aubrey O. Dicus, President of the firm, Timothy W. Weber and Brian P. Battaglia, Shareholders.
Amanda is a Florida native, born and raised in Spring Hill, Florida. She received her Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in December 2006. Amanda received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University School of Law in December 2010.
While at Stetson, Amanda served on the Moot Court Board. Amanda's team took first place in the Florida Bar's International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition in Miami, Florida. Amanda also traveled to Belgrade, Serbia and Vienna, Austria to compete for Stetson in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition where her team's appellate brief ranked 3rd out of over 250 teams competing from around the world.
Amanda is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. She is also a member of the Barney Masterson Inn of Court.
Amanda is a philanthropy volunteer organizing and participating in events that benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running 5k races and cheering on the Seminoles, Rays, and Buccaneers. Amanda is one of five siblings and is extremely proud of her brother Thomas who is currently serving in the United States Marine Corp.
