Wooley, James R.

David Martin is a 1992 graduate of Harvard Law School, specializing in complex civil litigation. Prior to attending Harvard, Mr. Martin served on the staff of Senator and then Vice President Dan Quayle as a Legislative Officer and Speech Writer. While attending Harvard, David was the Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, as well as a regular Lecturer.

Following law school, Mr. Martin has worked in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, California and Atlanta Georgia, handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including general commercial litigation, personal injury, products liability, employment litigation, immigration, and real estate litigation, specializing in foreclosure defense. Mr. Martin has represented many clients in jury trials through the appellate process, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in national class actions.
