Frank Able’s practice focuses on civil and criminal matters in both federal and state courts.  Frank joined the firm in 2012, after having been a career prosecutor.  He spent over nine years as a criminal assistant in the District Attorneys’ offices in Collin, Tarrant and Dallas counties, where he tried numerous misdemeanor and felony jury trials.  From 2008 until 2012, Frank served as Chief of the Public Integrity Division in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office.  He oversaw criminal investigations, presented matters to grand juries, and tried jury and non-jury cases involving public officials.

Frank also worked for 20 years as a prosecutor in the criminal and civil divisions in the United States Attorney’s office in Dallas and Fort Worth.  In the criminal division, he was the lead prosecutor in public corruption and major drug cases.  While in the civil division, Frank defended the United States in medical malpractice, Title VII and administrative matters.
