Josh Werner is an attorney with over 29 years of experience in the all of the Courts of Massachusetts. Establishing his practise in the Easton area many years ago, he has represented the interests of clients charged with criminal conduct and has handled their appeals as well, resulting in opinions of first impression. His practice takes him to the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth and he has argued cases before the Appeals and Supreme Court of Massachusetts. Relying on his past experience as a prosecutor he now represents those charged with criminal conduct with greater insight into the government's side of the case.
