Vetrano, Kathleen B.

Charis Vassilogeorgis was born in Thessaloniki in 1963. He is a graduate of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with Postgraduate Studies in Public Law, at the same University.

He was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar Association in 1990. He specializes mainly in Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Bankruptcy and Banking Law, and has extensive experience in dispute resolution before the Courts and has been admitted to the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos).

He is a lecturer on commercial and corporate law at the International Centre Business School (ICBS). He has served as legal counsel of Intern Bank. From 1999- 2008 he served as Head of the legal department of EFG Eurobank Ergasias (Latsis Group) for Northern Greece and is currently Head of the legal department of retail banking of EFG Eurobank Ergasias in Athens. He served as Special Legal Advisor on matters related to corporate law and practice of the Hellenic Ministry of Development. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors of numerous corporations both listed with the Athens Stock Exchange and not.
