Turbow, Laurence A.

Paige C. Kurtz represents businesses and individuals in litigation matters, with a focus on Construction Law and Commercial Collections. She has appeared in the state courts in many counties in the North Carolina, as well as, federal courts located in North Carolina, including the bankruptcy courts. Ms. Kurtz is actively involved in the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and was a member of the committee that recently proposed revisions to North Carolina’s lien law that went into effect on October 1, 2005. Ms. Kurtz has also participated in an oral argument at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
