Alan J. Toback has been practicing law for more than 20 years. In the case of In Re: Marriage of Walgreen, Mr. Toback successfully defended Loren Walgreen against her in-laws’ attempts to terminate her parental rights and adopt her children. In Re: Marriage of Reynolds, Mr. Toback successfully achieved the return of former Congressman Melvin Reynolds’ children to the State of Illinois after an alleged wrongful taking of the children to the State of Florida.
