PAUL B. BURKHALTER, PARTNER. Mr. Burkhalter joined Morgan & Weisbrod after working for the DHHS's Office of General Counsel where he prepared disability claims for presentation before the Federal Courts in Texas and Louisiana. He has recently served as president of the Dallas Association of Social Security Attorneys. Mr. Burkhalter now represents claimants in our Houston office.
