Mr. Snyder was born in Wurzburg, Germany to military parents.  He grew up in a small community 20 minutes south of Richmond, Virginia.  After receiving his B.A. in History and Political Science from James Madison University, he left for New Jersey where he attended Rutgers University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor.

Mr. Snyder has a varied and diverse legal background.  He began his legal career working in Washington, DC for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the enforcement division where he assisted tracking down people and companies convicted of and involved in securities violations. 

In 2005, Mr. Snyder moved to and began his legal career in Florida.  Prior to opening his own business, he was an Assistant Public Defender as well as an associate attorney at a large Jacksonville law firm whose primary practice area was complex commercial litigation.

Since arriving in Florida in 2005, Mr. Snyder has represented thousands of Floridians in criminal cases ranging from the most minor of misdemeanors up to the most serious of felonies, including sexual assault and homicide.  He is an experienced trial attorney, having conducted in excess of 100 jury trials.   He also has significant experience with civil litigation, having represented a wide range of individual and corporate clients ranging from a billion dollar corporation to taking pro bono cases on behalf of victims of insurance fraud associated with hurricane damage. 

Mr. Snyder currently represents people in criminal cases, traffic ticket resolution, divorce cases, child custody and support cases, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, repossession issues, foreclosure defense and breach of contract cases. 

Mr. Snyder is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Jacksonville Bar Association. 

In his free time, Mr. Snyder coaches a Kindergarten level soccer team in a local church league.  He is also a part-time professional video gamer, having been sponsored by professional gaming leagues to travel to New York City and Kunshan, China.
