Toohey, James F.

Attorney Chris Todd grew up in Tampa, Florida and attended college at the University of Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida both with honors and passed his CPA exam on the first attempt. Mr. Todd then went on to attend Duke University School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Duke University, graduating with honors.

Following law school, Mr. Todd interned as a summer associate with Tampa law firm, Trenam Kemker. Following law school Mr. Todd worked in the Silcon Valley in both the Palo Alto and Menlo Park offices of Cooley Godward LLP. He then moved to Los Angeles, California working with a boutique banking firm and later joined Reed Smith LLP in the firm’s Century City office. Mr. Todd joined McIntyre Panzarella Thanasides' Tampa office in 2009 and returned to Los Angeles in July 2012. He focuses his practice on Chapter 11, Plaintiff’s Litigation, Entertainment and New Media Business and Transactions. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the California Bar. Mr. Todd currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
