Tom Thomas has been practicing law since 1973, helping clients with a variety of legal matters. He represents and advises clients in issues of adoption, estate planning and probate, banking, business organizations, real estate, hospital and school law, and related litigation. He is a published author, having penned "Reformation of Written Instruments in Missouri" as a law student and member of the University of Missouri Law Review.
Mr. Thomas belongs to several professional organizations and has served in a leadership capacity during his busy career. He is a Past President of the Phelps County Bar Association, the South Central Missouri Bar Association and the Council of School Attorneys. He also belongs to the American Bar Association, the Council of School Attorneys, and the Probate and Trust Committee of the Missouri Bar Association.
Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1969. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri. He graduated with honors as a member of the Order of the Coif.
