Attorney Paul J. Klehm is a seasoned attorney with more than eighteen years of civil litigation experience.  Paul has worked in private practice since 1992. Paul has a significant amount of trial experience at the state and federal levels representing individuals and small businesses in civil matters. With the help of the entire Krasnoo | Klehm law firm, he recently won a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a federal civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act trial on behalf of a business client.

Paul advises small businesses on contract matters, and he represents them in various legal proceedings. He represents clients in, among other things, civil rights matters, business disputes, commercial and residential real estate disputes, unfair and deceptive business practices, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability, toxic tort, athletic eligibility, contract, fraud/misrepresentation, motor vehicle torts, and other matters.

Paul has argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.

Paul has practiced law in Massachusetts state courts since 1992, and in the Massachusetts federal courts since 1993.  Paul was admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Hampshire in 2002, and he was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court in 2009.

Since 2006, Paul has served on the Executive Committee of the Lawrence Bar Association.  In 2009 and 2010, Paul served as the Treasurer of the Lawrence Bar Association.  He is currently the Vice-President of the Lawrence Bar Association.
