Spring, Carolyn R

Ms. Spencer is a 1999 graduate of Cumberland School of Law. Her main practice areas include gaming and amusement law, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and environmental law. Ms. Spencer is a frequent lecturer on Alabama's Open Meetings Law and Public Records Act. She also routinely assists and advises clients in drafting legislation. Ms. Spencer is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
