Sjoberg-Witt, Kerstin

W. Christopher Sims was born, raised, and has spent his entire life living in the community of Sacramento. Chris attended California State University, Sacramento where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. While at CSUS, Chris was a member and officer of the prestigious and exclusive fraternity Sigma Chi and was heavily involved in student politics.
