Edythe Huang
Edythe Huang is an associate attorney with the Allan Law Group. She focuses her practice on civil litigation involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, conversion and accounting fraud.
In addition to her litigation focus, Ms. Huang has hands on experience in international business transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Huang served as Assistant Vice President at Goldman Anderson Group, a financial consulting and investment firm, where she worked on establishing private equity funds and consulting internationally based companies, including advising a Taiwanese law firm on the acquisition of US community banks by foreign corporations. She currently serves on the Board of Direcetors at New Omni Bank.
Ms. Huang received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. While there, she acted as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review, in which her article, "Looting in Iraq, Five Years Later: An evaluation of international protection, recovery and repatriation of looted cultural artifacts," was published.
Ms. Huang's first position in law was as an intern for the L.A. County District Attorney's Office where she aided Assistant D.A.'s in preparing for trial. Ms. Huang also served as an assistant at Rosenberg Mendlin & Rosen before and during law school.
