Roger Horgan, a 1976 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earned his J.D., also from PITT, in 1979. In 1998, Roger decided to bring his almost twenty years of general legal practice experience to Abes Baumann, where he concentrates his practice on helping accident victims obtain the medical care and compensation they deserve.

With over thirty years experience as a trial attorney, Roger has lectured on trial practice and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Roger has sought to use his legal education and experience to help his community by participating in a diversionary program for first time criminal offenders.
Married for over 26 years with two children, Roger is past-President of the Board of Commissioners and a past member of the Zoning Hearing Board in Collier Township. He is currently the solicitor for the Collier Township Civil Service Commission.
