Sherman, Terry K.

Ryan Shelton's practice focuses on litigation. Mr. Shelton  has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, contract disputes, toxic torts and business torts. His experience includes trials in Texas and Delaware as well as administrative trials before an ALJ.

Mr. Shelton received his B.B.S. magna cum laude in history and communications from Hardin-Simmons University in 1998 and his J.D. with honors in 2002 from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Shelton is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the Austin Young Lawyer's Association. He is admitted to practice before the Western, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Shelton is actively involved in providing pro bono legal services, and his efforts were recognized by membership into the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas in 2006.

Mr. Shelton serves on the local board of directors for the Austin Film Festival and has coached Hays High School 7-on-7 football team since 2003.
