Jennifer Scott has experience in a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters in a variety of courts and contexts. Her experience includes products liability matters, antitrust litigation, toxic tort matters, bankruptcy, and labor disputes. Jennifer has experience at the pretrial and trial levels, with a focus on complex discovery matters.

Jennifer also has been involved in U.S.-based litigation for foreign clients, as well as domestic clients with foreign offices, including clients located in Spain, Argentina, and Central and South America. She has represented these clients in their defense of claims in U.S. courts involving fraud, toxic tort, and general commercial and contract disputes.
