Rothman, Drew M.

lando Guerra was born in the midwest and moved to Tampa at a very young age. He graduated from Jesuit High School and earned a BA from Tulane University graduating cum laude in 1982. Mr. Guerra received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1986.

Mr. Guerra holds the following Bar Memberships: Florida, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court. He was appointed by Attorney General Bob Butterworth as an Arbitrator with the Florida Lemon Law Program, Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Member Million Dollar Advocates Forum (less than 1% of US lawyers are members and membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts and settlements.)

Mr. Guerra is fluent in Spanish and has tried as first chair over 80 trials throughout Florida.
