Trial lawyer Mark Gruesner has been practicing in the field of plaintiffs' personal injury, product liability and wrongful death cases since 1978. Before joining Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, P.A. in 1986, Mark managed his own law firm handling personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal defense cases.
Mark was born and raised in Minneapolis and earned his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been adjunct professor at Hamline since 1980, teaching Advanced Civil and Criminal Trial Practice Techniques.
Mark is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has lectured at Continuing Legal Education, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and Minnesota Institute of Legal Education Seminars. He is admitted to all state courts as well as the Federal District Court for the State of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. The National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association have also certified him as a civil trial specialist.
For nearly 30 years, Mark has successfully represented numerous accident victims and many families in wrongful death action involving both children and adults. He finds these cases particularly challenging from both an emotional and professional perspective. However, the true reward lies in gaining justice for those seriously injured victims and their families.
Mark's willingness and proven ability to try cases to a verdict is also a successful negotiating tool in maximizing settlements on behalf of his clients.
