Paul F. Gordon practices in general civil litigation with an emphasis in products liability, trucking accidents, construction litigation, premises liability, governmental liability, employment law and general personal injury,

Paul is also involved with professional organizations. He is active in the national legal defense organization DRI (Defense Research Institute) and serves as the Young Lawyers Committee's Liaison to the Products Liability Committee. In addition to DRI, Paul is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and Kansas Association of Defense Counsel. Paul has also been a featured speaker at seminars, most recently giving a presentation on conducting cost-effective fact investigations for personal injury cases at the 2009 DRI Young Lawyers Seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada. Paul has also recently co-authored an article in the summer 2010 newsletter of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers titled "How Do Damages for 'Care' Fit in a Wrongful Death Case: A Case Study in Statutory Construction."
