Mr. Dowler’s primary area of practice is litigation. He has represented various clients in breach of contract, MDL products liability, bad faith, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of express and implied warranties, and insurance coverage matters.
Mr. Dowler attended the University of Arkansas as a Chancellor’s Scholar and Arkansas Distinguished Governor’s Scholar, where he received a B.S.B.A. in Economics. In addition to becoming a member of the Gamma Beta Phi and Golden Key Honor Societies, Mr. Dowler was a member of the inaugural graduating class of the Walton College Honors Program, writing his honors thesis on the application of economic theory to criminal activity. He received his law degree in 2006 from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
Mr. Dowler was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in 2006. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Texas.
