Craig Dokken is a shareholder in the firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. His practice is concentrated in the areas of:

Craig has been selected as a "2013 Top Rated Lawyer in Commercial Litigation" by Martindale-Hubbell* and American Lawyer Media (ALM). He has also received an AV® Peer Review Rating in the distinguished legal directory, Martindale-Hubbell®,*and has been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers®, 2003, 2005, 2008-2009 Editions.
He was recently appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve a three year term as a member of the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education. He is active in local and state bar association activities and recently served on the General Assembly and Appointments Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Board of Governors for the Hennepin County Bar Association. Craig is a past chair of the Membership Committee, the Governance Committee, and Civil Litigation Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Craig is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars for lawyers.
He is involved in many outside activities including his church where he served as the president of an 8,500 member congregation, and as a board member for the church foundation. He is a past member of the City of Champlin Environmental Resource Committee, and is a past chair for the Longest Day of Golf Committee for the American Cancer Society. Craig served as president of the Champlin Park Youth Hockey Association from 2010 to 2012 and is now the president of the Champlin Park High School Girls Hockey Booster Club.
Born in Duluth, Minnesota, Craig received his law degree from the Hamline University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Hamline University. Following graduation, Craig served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chester Durda of the Hennepin County District Court. Craig merged his practice with Henningson & Snoxell in June, 2002.
