Jennefer A. Pucylowski is a skilled attorney, experienced prosecutor, defense attorney and civil litigator. Raised in Brevard County, FL, she joined Daley Law’s general practice section after serving as an Assistant Public Defender with the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in Viera, Florida, and managing a small general practice in Melbourne, Florida.

Ms. Pucylowski assists both business and individual clients facing financial distress, especially when bankruptcy is not an option. She defends clients against bank foreclosures and represents them in cases of credit card litigation. Ms. Pucylowski serves clients in family court, probate matters and litigation issues. For nine years as an associate with the nationally renowned firm Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (Seattle, Washington), Ms. Pucylowski concentrated on commercial litigation and complex litigation during which she handled prominent national cases involving multimillion dollar claims and personally oversaw a settlement fund distribution valued in billions of dollars. Assigned to the firm’s complex litigation division, Ms. Pucylowski concentrated on class action cases in the areas of securities, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act), antitrust, consumer production and product liability. Of note, she helped settle and manage litigation outcomes for such high-profile cases as the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, Worldcom ERISA litigation, Household Bank ERISA litigation, as well as the Senor Felix Gourmet Mexican Foods case after a shigellosis outbreak among patrons. She also was entrusted with business litigation and representation matters.

Early in her career, Ms. Pucylowski was assigned to the Antitrust Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Florida and represented the State in litigation cases and civil investigative demands. She served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit, Orlando, FL, and between 1997 and 1999, she acted as an Assistant State Attorney with the Eighteenth Judicial District Court.

Ms. Pucylowski earned a juris doctorate with honors at The University of Iowa College of Law, where she had served as associate editor of the Iowa Law Review; She is a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity as well as the Trial Advocacy Board. She also was assistant director/editor of The Counselor newsletter; recipient of a Public Interest Law Memorial Grant and member of the Organization for Women Law Students.

During law school, her community service activities ranged from providing pro-bono assistance as a victim advocate through H.E.L.P. Legal Assistance, and serving as a prosecuting legal intern trying cases at the Johnson County Attorney’s Office, in Iowa City, Iowa. She also worked at a Davenport Legal Aid Office assisting with civil matters before returning to Florida to work as an Assistant State Attorney here in Brevard County.

In 1994, Ms. Pucylowski had earned three baccalaureate degrees cum laude with majors in political science, international affairs, and psychology, including a minor in history, as well as an associate of arts degree with honors in 1992, awarded by Brevard Community College on the same evening as she graduated from high school.

A resident of Melbourne, FL, she is an active mother of three young children, participates in a number of Autism support groups, and spends most of her free time enjoying a good read (legal and otherwise).
