David Paget has extensive experience in environmental law and related litigation, particularly in preparing and processing environmental impact statements and permits pursuant to the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act and their New York State counterparts. David began litigating and managing environmental cases in the early 1970s following his service as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
