Eric Price is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 2006.
Mr. Price’s practice involves commercial trucking defense, insurance defense, premises liability litigation and medical malpractice litigation.
In 2002, Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Mississippi State University, majoring in Business Information Systems. He received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006. While there, he was selected to become a member of Phi Kappa Phi and served on the Mississippi Journal of Space Law. Mr. Price was a semi-finalist in the Steen Reynolds & Dalehite Trial Competition and the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts.
Mr. Price is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association. He previously served on the Publications Committee for the Mississippi Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Price regularly volunteers with Mission First and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project to provide pro bono assistance to citizens of Mississippi.
Mr. Price was selected as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers magazine in 2011.
