Known for his dedication and high degree of professionalism, managing partner Randall Frost devotes his practice to general business, banking, commercial real estate and municipal and county government law.
He provides counsel to clients on the acquisition, development and financing of shopping centers, office buildings and other commercial properties. Mr. Frost also advises clients about business formation, structure and capitalization issues including choice of an appropriate entity. He often assists clients with the negotiation and implementation of buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing obtainment, and the negotiation of a variety of commercial transactions including leases.
Mr. Frost also has considerable experience in municipal and county government law including zoning, land use planning and governmental planning. He is currently the county attorney for Banks County.
Throughout his career, Mr. Frost has been very active in civic organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Gainesville, the United Way of Hall County and the Gainesville Board of Education. Currently serving on the boards of the Salvation Army and The Arts Council, he also is active in Kiwanis.
Mr. Frost graduated in 1968 from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance. He is a 1971 graduate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
