Some of his notable achievements have been twice securing judgments/verdicts in excess of $15,000,000.00, securing numerous settlements in excess of $1,000,000 and helping countless clients to reclaim their lives after suffering devastating injuries due to the negligence of others. He has extensive experience in cases involving automobile and motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, industrial accidents, nursing home neglect and abuse, boating accidents, slip or trip and fall accidents and medical malpractice. Bryan regularly practices in State and Federal Court and has represented clients from the Gulf Coast to Canada and Oregon to New York. He has sued companies from as far away as Thailand utilizing international laws and treaties to hold distant corporations responsible for injuries to his clients. He is known as a relentless and resourceful attorney with a proven record of big wins.
Bryan is a current or former member of the ATLA, LTLA, Louisiana Association for Justice, LADC, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Federal and American Bar Associations. He has also enjoyed membership in the McMahon Chapter of the American Inns of Court, Kappa Alpha Order and BRAAS.
