Ian is the managing attorney of Quinlan and Fields. He is a former prosecutor for The Administration for Children's Services, where he tried hundreds of abuse and neglect cases for the City of New York. He was also employed at a major real estate company in the late 1990s.
Ian was admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut in 1998, and New York in 1999.
He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, where he is a member of the Children and the Law Committee.Ian is also a member of several Family Court Committees, and has participated in the reform initiatives of the New York City Family Courts.
