Melissa has been in practice for 10 years and her practice is focused mostly on family law matters. She formerly worked as Legal Counsel for the 13th Circuit Judicial Office handling juvenile delinquency filings as well as abuse and neglect cases. Melissa served as Guardian ad Litem in Boone and Callaway County protecting the best interests of children for many years. She is certified in Family Law Mediation and has presented educational seminars on different topics in divorce law with Partner Helen Wade to members of the Missouri Bar Association.
Melissa is a dedicated mother of four stepchildren and two biological children. She understands the importance of children in the lives of their parent.
