Thomas Falivene joined the firm in 1999 bringing with him extensive experience in Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation including Liquor Liability Law and Equine Liability Law. His areas of practice include: insurance coverage and defense, subrogation, premises liability, construction defects, arbitrations and mediations, and personal injury.
