Alicia O'Brien is counsel in Dickstein Shapiro's Complex Dispute Resolution and Government Law and Strategy practices. Ms. O'Brien represents clients in complex congressional investigations, state and federal investigations, and civil litigation. She also counsels clients on a variety of political and election law issues, including voter registration, election protection, campaign finance, ethics, and lobbying compliance. Additionally, Ms. O'Brien devotes a significant part of her practice to pro bono counseling.
