Attorney and Partner Rishi P. Oza received his Juris Doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. He is accepted to practice law before the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Rishi overseas the firm's business immigration practice, focusing largely on employment-based immigration for companies and individuals. He also handles much of the federal litigation practice, which he pursues along with his experience in family-based immigration and removal defense.
Rishi received his Master of Arts in Teaching from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and graduated with a double major in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to pursuing his legal career, Rishi taught 7th and 8th grade Social Studies and Mathematics in Baltimore, Maryland and high school English Immersion in Shimabara, Japan.
