At my law firm, I represent a wide range of business and family law clients. At The Law Office of Ralph M. Clements III, LLC, clients receive the personal attention and service found only in a small law firm combined with a level of knowledge and training more typical of a large firm. I take a holistic approach to the practice of law, analyzing and evaluating all aspects of a client's legal issue.

I handle business law matters involving formation of new businesses, entity selection and planning for the transition of businesses' leadership teams. I also provide business advisory services to clients’ businesses already in operation, helping them resolve issues that arise during the day-to-day operation of their organizations. I assist individuals with all types of estate planning, including wills and trusts, tax planning, and probate administration. Finally, I help clients with sensitive family law matters such as divorce, child custody and child support.

Whatever their legal issues, clients work with me exclusively throughout their cases; I do not pass them along to paralegals or assistants. Each client receives my direct phone number and knows that I am available to answer questions. With 10 years of legal experience, I am able to evaluate their cases quickly and effectively and advise them about their options.
