Attorney Nashawaty (“Nicholas”) attended New England Law-Boston and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2008. He attended Merrimack College where he received the John J. Warren Excellence in Philosophy Award in 2004 and was co-president and co-founder of the Merrimack College Phi Sigma Tau International Honor Society. He was an educator with the Cambridge Institute c/Gran Via in Madrid Spain for academic year 2005 and worked as a paralegal at the law offices of Nashawaty & Rand throughout his law school tenure. Nicholas’ practice is presently focused on consumer bankruptcy matters. He is involved in oversight of bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7 and 13 as well as representation at creditor meetings and bankruptcy related litigation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also provides support and research to the firm in domestic relations and other areas of litigation. He resides in Braintree, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
