John is an associate in our litigation department. Prior to joining O'Connell & Aronowitz, he was a staff attorney with a prominent national law firm engaged in complex corporate litigation and the defense of corporations against anti-trust investigations by the United States Department of Justice.
John clerked with a leading Capital Region civil litigation firm throughout law school, where he aided individuals and corporations in a wide variety of legal areas in both New York State and Federal courts. John has also interned twice with the Oswego County District Attorney’s office, and has frequently worked with a Capital Region attorney to advocate on behalf of indigent criminal defendants through the criminal appeals process.
An active member of the local community, John sings with and serves on the Board of Directors of the Mendelssohn Club of Albany, a 65-member male choir and the oldest continuously active performing arts group in the Capital Region.
