Adam Morris focuses primarily on family law matters including assisting clients with complex business valuations, divorce taxation and structuring of spousal support. Prior to joining Randal Lowry & Associates, Adam worked at a public accounting firm where he assisted Fortune 500 corporations with international tax planning including the execution of multinational restructurings, cash repatriation and treasury management. Adam graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he focused on business and tax law. Adam also received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University where he focused on the taxation of partnerships and S corporations. While in law in school, Adam joined the Robert F. Wagner Moot Court team and was selected as an Executive Editor for the Canada-United Sates Law Journal. Adam also organized a mentorship program for at-risk children.
