Minerva Vazquez Bailey has been practicing law since 1999 and has focused on the areas of Guardianship, Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Probate, and Business law, since 2005.
As a parent of a special needs child, Ms. Vazquez Bailey extends experienced assistance to Special Needs families with a uniquely personal understanding of their challenges, and a sensitivity to their needs. Bilingual & native to South Florida, she is highly effective in counseling and representing members of the Hispanic Community who may have difficulty with legal language, or who simply need assistance maneuvering through the complex world of effective legal planning in Florida.
Ms. Vazquez Bailey is a highly respected member of the local legal community currently serving as vice-chair for the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and vice-chair of the Board of Directors of Disability Rights Florida, as well as serving on the guardianship committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
