Andrew H. Baginski joined Larkin, Axelrod, Ingrassia, & Tetenbaum LLP in September of 2012 as an associate in the criminal department while also contributing on matrimonial matters.

Andrew attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where he received a B.A. in History. He continued on after college to receive his J.D. from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. During law school Andrew spent ten days volunteering in Gulfport, MS providing legal assistance to the Hurricane Katrina housing recovery process. Following law school he returned home to Westchester County to work in the legal department of a financial services company. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
