Peggy M. Morcom has recently joined the law firm of Reilly, Wolfson, Sheffey, Schrum and Lundberg, LLP as an associate attorney. She joins the firm from the Harrisburg office of a large Philadelphia law firm, with 4 years of experience in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, and Civil Rights litigation, and will concentrate her practice with our firm in those areas, as well as in municipal law. Ms. Morcom has worked extensively in counseling and advocating for both employees and a broad range of employers in matters involving unemployment compensation, wage and hour claims and discrimination claims of all types, as well as on issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and other related legislation. She has also provided a broad range of legal services in the area of special education law and representation of licensed professionals. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Morcom worked for 10 years as a paralegal in the litigation arena She is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Shippensburg University. Ms. Morcom is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is married and has 3 children.
