JoClaudia Moore is a Partner in the Montgomery office and has a diverse practice in healthcare and business litigation. Ms. Moore provides assistance to healthcare clients in many areas including fraud and abuse compliance, HIPAA compliance, EMTALA compliance, medical credentialing and licensure, hospital/physician relationships, entity formation, joint ventures, asset and stock acquisitions, and general business transactions. Ms. Moore also advises and represents healthcare clients before the Alabama Certificate of Need Board and before state licensure boards. Ms. Moore represents a broad range of clients in business litigation and appellate matters in both the state and federal courts in areas including banking and financial services litigation, real property and title insurance, shareholder derivative litigation, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, education law, franchise disputes and business torts.
