In law school, Craig received an American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy. Craig joined Daniels, Fine, Israel & Schonbuch, LLP in 1994. He currently prosecutes plaintiffs' consumer, employment and toxic tort class actions against financial institutions, national retail industries and energy and utility companies. Craig also defends aerospace defendants in products liability and premises liability actions involving alleged wrongful death and personal injury arising from exposure to asbestos containing products in manufacturing facilities and jet aircraft.
Craig has experience in litigating insurance coverage and bad faith defense litigation matters. He has prosecuted complaints for declaratory relief involving officers' and directors' liability, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, false advertising and advertising injury, trade secret and Lanham Act claims, libel/defamation, employee fraud and white collar crime, negligence and breach of contract claims. Craig also has experience in matters involving construction defect, construction (Caltrans and public contract), premises liability, personal injury, employment discrimination, banking law, and sales of goods contracts.
