KILE W. JOHNSON is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been extensively involved in the practice of insurance law and litigation for over 30 years. He has tried over 100 cases, including over 50 jury trials in the state and federal courts in Nebraska. He has handled appeals before the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Johnson has taught Trial Advocacy at the University of Nebraska College of Law and is regularly asked to make presentations in the field of continuing legal education in Nebraska, usually in the areas of trial procedure and evidence.
