Christopher E. McIntyre, is a trial attorney, who has been involved in defense litigation for over fourteen years. He began his career as a senior claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Mr. McIntyre returned to defense litigation working as trial counsel for various liability insurance carriers, self-insureds and third party administrators. Mr. McIntyre has extensive experience defending premises liability, auto/bus liability, product liability, construction liability and workers' compensation claims. He also advises on insurance coverage matters and regularly serves as an arbitrator in uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Federal Court, District of New Jersey Bar. He has participated in seminars for insurance carriers involving the handling of the JUA/MTF claims and other areas of New Jersey law.
