Alicia graduated from Anderson University in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History. While attending Anderson, Alicia was a member and officer of the Anderson University Pre-Law Association and Camarada Women's Social and Service Club; a member of the Anderson women's soccer team her freshman year; and the recipient of the Anderson University Outstanding Student in Political Science Award which is awarded to the one graduating student from the department who demonstrates the greatest passion and capacity for learning as determined by the department faculty.
Alicia continued her education at Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis. While at law school, Alicia participated in Moot Court and Phi Delta Phi. Alicia earned Dean's List recognition and graduated cum laude.
Alicia joined Richards, Boje, Pickering, Benner & Becker as a law clerk in 2008 and began full-time as an attorney upon her admission to the Indiana Bar in 2010. Since joining the firm, Alicia has worked on a variety of legal issues and focuses her practice primarily on the areas of personal injury and family law although she also practices in the areas of criminal defense, estate planning and other civil matters.
Alicia currently resides in Noblesville, Indiana with her husband Randy and their two dogs, Omar and Sam.
