Rachel Adcox is an associate in the Washington, DC office, where her practice focuses on antitrust counseling and litigation.

Prior to joining AVH, Ms. Adcox was an attorney in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.  There, she worked on a number of merger investigations and litigated cases, most notably leading the DOJ's extensive investigation of an acquisition in the flexible-packaging industry.
