Luke joined Waldheger Coyne in 1999. He received his undergraduate degree from The College of the Holy Cross in 1992. After graduation, he spent a year in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Yakima, Washington before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he graduated in 1996.
Luke's practice focuses on counseling closely held businesses and physician and dental practices in business transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial lease transactions, the buying and selling of physician and dental practices, and employment related issues.
In 2004, Luke was appointed Law Director of Sheffield Village and served in that capacity through 2007. During his tenure, Luke counseled the Village on tax disputes, zoning and planning issues, police, fire and service department personnel issues, eminent domain litigation, municipal bond financing transactions, assessment projects, real estate and equipment acquisitions and various other municipal law issues.
Luke lives in University Heights with his wife, Mary Beth and their three sons.
