Mancino, Jennifer L.

Leon A. Williamson, Jr. was born in Atlanta, Georgia and moved with his family to Tampa, Florida at the age of 4. Leon grew up in Tampa, attending the Academy of the Holy Names and Jesuit High School, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1979. Leon was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Houston College of Law in 1982, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of 1982 and the State Bar of Florida in July of 1983.

After graduating from law school and sitting for the bar exam, Leon was employed as General Counsel of Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc., a large and successful electrical contracting company with projects in Florida, Central America, the Caribbean Basin, the Middle East and Russia. Here Leon gained extensive knowledge and experience in complex domestic and foreign construction transactions and disputes, debt collection, financing transactions and litigation, as well as all types of business transactions, disputes and litigation.

Leon now focuses his practice on representing individual and small business debtors both inside and outside of bankruptcy. Leon also represents businesses in all types of construction, real estate, contract and commercial transactions and disputes. Finally, Leon represents personal injury and sinkhole claimants.
