Ann Macadangdang has spent her career focused on pursuing claims of employment discrimination. She began her career in 2006 as an agency attorney/equal employment opportunity representative with the New York City Commission on Human Rights. While at the Commission, Ann investigated dozens of complaints of employment discrimination and prosecuted violators. With her assistance, the Commission successfully curbed many discriminatory practices and ensured equal opportunity in the workplace.

Ann has worked under Alan Serrins' tutelage since October 2007, participating in multiple mediations and trials and arguing appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ann is well-versed in pre-trial preparation and has conducted and defended many depositions. Ann has dedicated her law career to providing vigorous and ethical representation and making a difference for workers in the greater New York area.
